Sassaia will vinify the Timorasso grape in Gevrey-Chambertin with Pierre Naigeon. Various styles will be used to discover the versatility of Timorasso, a wine already known in the world thanks to the great producers of Tortona. The Derthona Timorasso producers will be invited to Gevrey-Chambertin during the journey to share the winemaking methods.
