La testata ha assegnato alle aziende il \u201cPiemonte Bianco Trophy 2021\u201d per l\u2019ottimo punteggio rilevato (93\/100), dopo assaggi alla cieca, ai vini Derthona Platinum Timorasso di Sassaia e il 2009 Villa Sparina 10 Anni Gavi di Gavi DOCG di Villa Sparina. Falstaff definisce cos\u00ec il Derthona Platinum Timorasso: \u00abGiallo limone ricco e frizzante. Profumo intenso di ananas maturo e banana, abbinato a pane tostato al burro e crema di mandorle, un tocco di miele sulla seconda olfazione. Potente al gusto, diffuso su tutto il palato, appare cremoso e di buona fusione, ma ancora succoso nell&#8217;acidit\u00e0, l&#8217;uso ben integrato del legno d\u00e0 tenuta, mostra un&#8217;ottima lunghezza nel finale\u201d, e cos\u00ec il 2009 Villa Sparina 10 Anni Gavi di Gavi DOCG: \u201cGiallo dorato brillante e frizzante. Al naso di pietra focaia, salvia secca, timo, menta, fini note di pera Williams matura, pesca gialla matura, con retrogusto di miele d&#8217;acacia. Al palato si presenta con sfumature di torrone leggero, cremoso, di bella tiratura, scorre con calma, con un finale lungo\u00bb. Il plauso di Cia Alessandria \u00e8 commentato da Daniela Ferrando, imprenditrice vitivinicola e vicepresidente provinciale dell\u2019Organizzazione, che spiega: \u00abIl territorio Alessandrino dimostra una crescita importante dei nostri produttori, espressa nel riconoscimento dei vini di qualit\u00e0, in particolare dei bianchi, anche per la potenzialit\u00e0 distributiva e per quelli emergenti. Siamo ormai considerati la vera provincia dei bianchi. Inoltre, assistiamo ad un margine di crescita importante anche per i vini in bottiglia che segnano una nuova epoca rispetto al passato, quando molte aziende preferivano vendere il vino sfuso. La bottiglia \u00e8 una strada che premia\u00bb.
