Sassaia will vinify Timorasso in Gevrey-Chambertin with Pierre Naigeon. Various styles will be used to discover the versatility of Timorasso, a wine already known in the world thanks to the great producers of Tortona. The producers will be invited to Gevrey-Chambertin during the journey to share the winemaking methods. In the rooms of Kosmopol, with the Colline del Monferrato Casalese Consortium, the consortium wine of Ovada docg was present with masterclasses and targeted tastings, dedicated to the wine sector. An important flywheel for the Danish one make known the wines of the Ovada area and always look towards the future, also towards Northern Europe and I its wine markets. The companies participating in the event: Porter, Rocca Rondinaria, Alvio Pestarino, Sassaia, Cascina Gentile, Cavanna Vini, Ca 'del Bric, Casa Wallace and Castle of Grillano. And with them, there was also Mario Arosio, president of the Board of Directors of the Regional Enoteca in via Torino. They returned home the producers of Ovada and the area are satisfied with the trip to Denmark.
